We want you to be in love with your lingerie. If it doesn’t fit, you need another size, prefer a different color or style, you can always return your items within 30 days of receipt.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
  • Purchased less than 30 days ago
  • Has not been worn, altered or washed
  • All original tags and labels are still attached
  • Underwear has been tried on over your own
  • Can not be a bespoke or made to order piece

How do I make a Return?

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number you’d like to return/exchange
2. Indicate whether you’d like a account credit or refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
3. Carefully pack up the items you’re returning in the original packaging to keep them safe getting back to us.
4. Apply the enclosed pre-paid return shipping label that will be emailed back to you and drop it off at your nearest FedEx shipping center.

Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be finalized and reflected in you account.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, prefer a different style or color that’s no problem. Just email us at [email protected] letting us know what you want instead.

Once we receive your return package, you will be refunded for your original order within 5 business days.

If you purchased lingerie using a discount code or promotion, we’re happy to honor the same code again for an even exchange (new color or size in the same item), just contact let us know.

Gift Returns

If you have received an item as a gift and need to return or exchange it, our standard return policy still applies. Returns will be processed in the form of account credit for the full amount of the gift, or we can refund the amount to the original purchaser.
