Shipping within the United States is a $15 flat rate.

For international orders we typically use UPS, Fedex or DHL depending on the country and best rates.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options on our website but if you need something quickly please email us at and let us know. We are happy to expedite your order if possible. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your tracking details, please email us at

What happens if my package gets lost?

Please email us at If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages if there is proof of delivery. 




We want you to love your lingerie as much as we do. If it doesn’t fit or you prefer a different color or style, you can always return your items within 30 days of receipt.

  • Has not been worn, altered or washed
  • All original tags and labels are still attached
  • Underwear has been tried on over your own
  • Item is not a bespoke or made to order piece

How do I make a Return?

      1.  Email us at with your order number you’d like to return/exchange
      2. Indicate whether you’d like a account credit or refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
      3. Carefully pack up the items you’re returning in the original packaging to ensure they make it back to us safely.  
      4. Apply the enclosed pre-paid return shipping label attached to your returns confirmation email and drop it off at your nearest UPS shipping center.

Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be finalized and your refund to reflect in your account.

If you need a different size or prefer a different style/color, that’s no problem. Just email us at letting us know what you’d like instead.

Once we receive your return package, you will be refunded for your original order within 5 business days.

If you purchased lingerie using a discount code or promotion, we’re happy to honor the same code again for an even exchange (new color or size in the same item), just let us know.

Gift Returns

If you have received an item as a gift and need to return or exchange it, our standard return policy still applies. Returns will be processed in the form of account credit for the full amount of the gift, or the refund amount can be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment.


  • Shipping and handling charges on your original order are not refundable unless there was a shipping error on our part.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure that the items are adequately protected in transit.
